Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data warehouse architecture for pharmacy operations, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Optimize ETL processes, implement data security measures, conduct audits, and manage project timelines and performance improvements.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Design, implement, and maintain the data warehouse architecture to support pharmacy operations.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security within the data warehouse.
- Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to efficiently manage data flow.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Implement robust data security measures to protect sensitive patient information.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Assist in data warehouse projects from conception through implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor the performance of the data warehouse and implement improvements as needed.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure efficient data processing.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data warehouse management, with a focus on the healthcare or pharmacy sector.
- Proficiency in data warehousing tools (Snowflake) and technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL processes, BI tools).
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
