As a Route Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of delivering the Mulberrys brand experience to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
Route Sales Manager provides best-in-class customer service to our existing dry cleaning and laundry pick up and drop off clients while continuing to expand our customer base. Responsible for building new Route customer relationships through territory expansion.
- Grow customer base by seeking new partnerships in established territories and new territories in partnership with Mulberrys leadership
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Build rapport with property managers, concierge teams and customers and promote brand loyalty.
- Maintenance and advancement of relationships at all corporate,multi-tenant and commercial sites
- Help to create a delightful experience for Mulberrys customers by maintaining locker sites
- Maintenance and monitoring of route/sales software to ensure information is accurate
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate cleaning services.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues across all levels of organization as necessary
- Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovation in cleaners service business
- Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere of teamwork to foster a positive working environment
Qualifications:
- Must have good organizational and time management skills with a commitment to solution based decision making
- Effective at balancing customer and advocate needs
- A strong sense of personal accountability
- Respects and has knowledge of cultures, ethnicities, gender, sexual orientations and age groups other than one’s own, able to work effectively with all
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders. Learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Being able to multitask, have problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to ensure you are on time

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
