Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff
- Manage email and social media inboxes, post on social media, coordinate and schedule sales appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone, social media, and email inboxes
- Run outbound campaigns; assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data
- Maintain organized online filing systems
- Serve as the point of contact for CEO; must have experience supporting C-suite, recruiting, or marketing
- Support HR with administrative tasks such as onboarding new employees
Experience:
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with DocuSign for electronic document management
- Strong clerical and administrative skills in support of C-suite executives
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Recruiting experience
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
