Job Summary:
The Luna Executive Chef is responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items for Luna & Pronto, while maintaining the highest standards. Celebrity chef branded, featuring local farmers and products.
Job Duties:
- Work with GDL Cucina to maintain food presentation and quality
- Execute seasonal menu changes as needed
- Participate in optimizing revenue strategies and operational efficiencies
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen
- Menu planning with GDL Cucina utilizing feedback from Caesars GM and AGM
- Develop kitchen talent through training, staff meetings, and coaching
- Create schedule review hours/payroll, submit to accounting
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality
- Culinary Degree required
- Supervisory experience working with 3rd party preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- ServSafe Certified
- Knowledge of all kitchen equipment operations
- Food Safety Employee Training and Food Handler's Card required
