Project Manager

Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management within the metal fabrication industry. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various fabrication projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop innovative fabrication solutions.
- Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication regarding project status, issues, and solutions.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and engineering within the metal fabrication industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ERP’s.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
