We are looking for an upbeat, self-starting professional Line Cook to be part of our Aloft family to prepare food to the exact brand standard, recipe specifications for our guests. Line cook duties will consist of prepping/stocking items for the market and the next shift, keep proper storage and rotation of food items and assisting the Manager with their daily tasks and/or catering needs. The successful candidate will be a team player and play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cook food items by baking, grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Prepare food items for next shift.

HOURS: SATURDAY & SUNDAY 6am - 11am & 4:30PM-11PM (DOUBLE SHIFT)
