Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty / Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, warranty administration, aviation terminology, and account reconciliation. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely collection of balances due, warranty claim filing, ATA Chapter coding, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring compliance with OEM and company policies / regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize aviation terminology and ATA Chapter codes to accurately identify and categorize claims.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze receivables reports / credit memo data to determine the best course of action for outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of warranty claims, and customer account updates.
- Utilize appropriate software to track and manage warranty claims.
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong background in warranty administration, aviation business processes, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency with Corridor Aviation Software a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.55 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
