We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales through phone-based outreach, including following up on leads and taking inbound calls. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to close deals over the phone.
As our inside sales representative, you will be responsible for listening actively to patients' needs, educating and wowing them about our innovative, life-changing services. Most of our patients have exhausted a lot of their options, so they often understandably come in skeptical. However, this is where your natural ability to gain anybody's trust, and even get them excited shines!
Responsibilities
- Hook potential customers and drive sales by reaching out through a variety of communication channels, including email and phone calls.
- Keep our customer database up-to-date and on-point so we can stay ahead of the game.
- Stay on top of our game by regularly tracking and smashing our monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Get your daily dose of adrenaline by reviewing the fresh leads that come in from different sources.
- Win customers over with your charm and persuasion skills while converting inbound and outbound calls.
- Build excitement and anticipation for the next stage of the customer journey by prequalifying leads like a pro.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a sales-focused position is preferred, but we're also open to seeing your unique skills and potential.
- Ready to tackle a variety of tasks with a smile and a can-do attitude in a productive and friendly work environment.
- Must have strong time management and interpersonal skills to ensure that our patients are always satisfied.

- Work hand-in-hand with other departments, including clinical, administrative, sales, and marketing, to make sure our patients receive the best care and service possible. Collaboration is key!
- We are looking for someone who is able to work on the weekends.
