Job Duties:

Process and manage orders.

Sales support and basic office duties.

Handle incoming calls from builders and customers.
*
Assist our team in sales and increasing profits.

Other Duties: Prepare job quotes, Prepare delivery tickets, price and place special orders such as windows, millwork , doors, and siding. Follow up with vendors with pricing and delivery of all special orders. Strong organization skills and management of files. Ability to coordinate with dispatch deliveries. Work with inventory such as cycle counting and management.
Requirements: Self starter and highly motivated. Industry experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Computer skills, problem solving and strong organizational skills. Customer service is highly important to you.
