We have sold to major retailers & wholesalers for over four decades and have now made our beautiful pieces available direct to customers in our brick & mortar retail location for the past decade. Job Title: Jewelry Sales, Accounts Management
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:
- Analyze client account performance and develop strategies to enhance profitability
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Drive new business opportunities through effective negotiation and relationship building
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans
- Utilize market insights to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, jewelry sales, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving targets
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively
- Experience in the jewelry industry is required
- Experience with PIRO Fusion and/or Trello is a big plus
