Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Assist members and guests in all front office-related areas in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality.
Job Tasks/Duties:

Makes Reservations for members and guests and assigns tables; complies with special requests whenever possible.

Monitors reservations.

Knows Dining Room locations and types of Dining is available for each day.

Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell upcoming events and to promote other services of the club.

Manages Reservation system.

Uses proper telephone etiquette.

Processes mail, packages, and messages as needed.

Knows daily activities and meetings taking place in the club.

Attends Pre-meal meetings.

Coordinates maintenance work with the Maintenance departments as needed.

Reports unusual occurrences or requests to the General Manager.

Familiar with all safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies.

Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk and lobby areas.

Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
