This is a full-time position working as a member of a team which provides ABA services to children and teens affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. The BCBA will oversee multiple behavioral technicians providing in-home ABA services. Accountabilities Include:
- Ensuring quality ABA intervention customized to each client/family
- Overseeing implementation of behavioral techniques
- Employee engagement to enhance values-driven culture and maintain a positive and supportive environment
- Mentoring and supervising behavioral technicians
Responsibilities Include:
- Provides clinical assessments and treatment plans for clients with ASD.
- Trains and supervises Behavior Technicians
- Provides parent training, as needed
- Ensures authorization and appropriate documentation for insurance companies
- Collaborates with family, school, and other professionals as clinically needed

Benefits: This full-time position will include the following benefits: health insurance, dental insurance and vision insurance begin on your first day of employment, short/long term disability, Life and ADD after 30 days and 401(k) plan after 1 year of employment, 7 paid holidays off, and 10 days of PTO to begin.
