Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will be a creative leader with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and maintain menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and catering services
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising kitchen staff
- Proficiency in restaurant management, including food service, inventory control, and kitchen management
- Knowledge of dietary department operations, banquet services, and bartending
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining consistency in quality
