Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide Live-in direct care and support to our clients in a group home settings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity electronic health record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
