About the Role
As a Sales Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in managing existing accounts and driving new business through strategic marketing efforts and your own initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a plan to exceed annual new business, retention, and growth targets.
- Qualifying and closing new business leads generated through various channels, including marketing efforts and referrals.
- Maintaining strong client relationships by offering consultative sales support and excellent service.
- Collaborating with internal teams to manage projects seamlessly from design through fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed new and existing business goals set by the VP of Sales and Marketing.
- Maintain a base of accounts with high retention rates and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Ensure the integrity and utilization of our CRM (Salesforce) and ERP system (Epicor) to maximize efficiency.
- Participate in industry trade shows (travel required 5% to 25%) to showcase our products and expand our network.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
