QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting for an Open-Source Analyst to join our team at Fort Meade, MD to support our USCYBERCOM J0/J1 contact.
Duties:

Provide support to the USCYBERCOM Command Security Division of the J0 Staff to safeguard USCYBERCOM information, people, and facilities by assisting in the management of several collateral security processes and programs.

Apply a multi-tiered approach to assess supply chain risks, apply mitigation measures for high impact systems, and applies necessary protection and controls to mitigate threats to supply chains.

Review all-source intelligence products and industry trend data to understand and analyze technical and non-technical vulnerabilities to Information Technology posed by foreign intelligence organizations. Based upon this analysis, the Contractor shall provide impact and vulnerability assessments, recommendations, and countermeasures to threats.

Collect, analyze and interpret open-source intelligence (OSINT) data across multiple collection platforms and fuse OSINT with classified intelligence to develop rigorously objective in-house evaluations of the foreign intelligence threat – to include potential foreign influence/compromise - to the USCYBERCOM supply chain (e.g., acquisition threat triage reports).

Identify potential foreign influence/compromise and produce acquisition threat triage reports.

Initiate and make recommendations to Government Leadership on Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness and on new product/service offerings to enhance support to the SCRM effort.

Provide a weekly written Progress, Status and Management Report summarizing specific tasks completed/deliverables provided and a brief synopsis of ongoing work that had not yet resulted in a completed deliverable.
Required Skills & Experience:

Demonstrate the initiative and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to processes and procedures unique to HQ USCYBERCOM and the larger cyber warfighting environment.

Skilled in problem solving, teamwork, and written/verbal communications, being particularly attentive to the environment and Core Task requirements at the CCMD level.

Consistently demonstrate maturity, flexibility and diligence in the conduct of assigned duties.

Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Intelligence Studies, Military Studies, Political Science, History, and similar is required.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Open-Source Analyst, All Source Analyst or SIGINT Analyst.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with customers and other contractors in USCYBERCOM (also co-located with the National Security Agency (NSA)). This position is full-time on-site and does not allow for a regular hybrid or telework structure. Telework may be required due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, pandemic, etc.).

Estimated Salary Range:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00, annually. This represents the typical range for this position based on experience and other factors.
