POSITION SUMMARY:
Area Supervisors are responsible for designated stores and their performance. The primary role for an ASL is to set clear expectations to the restaurant managers of the responsibilities listed below and hold them accountable for meeting those expectations. They must also ensure that the restaurant manager is holding their team members accountable for meeting the expectations of the restaurant.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Create and maintain a people first culture in the restaurant
- Monitor, follow up and report training progress
- Ensure a safe, secure and healthy work environment for safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
- Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed Lead team meetings to communicate relevant operations information
- Profitability Identify and support systems to control costs and maintain budgets
- Provide coaching and feedback to Store Manager regarding Brand/Company standards, sales, marketing, labor and food costs
- Ensure tools and systems are in place to roll out new products, systems and processes
- Responsible for general Human Resource functions such as, but not limited to recruiting, hiring, conducting performance reviews, developing performance improvement plans and professional development
- Ensures professional restaurant and team image through rigid adherence to restaurant cleanliness, uniforms and appearance standardsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

- Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently
- Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management, business, food related field or equivalent is preferred
- 3-5 Years retail or restaurant experience
- Experience in the fast casual or quick service segment is preferred
- Multi Unit Management experience required
- Dunkin Donuts experience is required.
