General Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our business, our mission, and our values.
- Leads, mentors and develops a high performing team of Major Account Directors.
- Leads the creation and execution of short and long-term strategies for building and nurturing Major Account client relationships, generating new business, driving revenue growth, and retaining clients.
- Builds cross-functional relationships with organizational stakeholders to understand services, clients, and industry, helping ensure our services experience consistently meets carrier, contractor, and policyholder needs.
- Provide training and coaching to the team on the latest sales techniques and tools, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to the Major Client Directors to maximize revenue.
- Monitor, track and report on established sales metrics and KPIs.
- Help establish, maintain, and ensure adherence to the firm’s CRM Rules of Engagement.
- Identify and assign prospects targets that align to our Implementation Playbook criteria.
- Lead the proactive building and managing a sales pipeline of new logo and new service opportunities, through lead generation and qualifying opportunities that drive the achievement of revenue goals while utilizing the firm’s CRM software.
- Represent our company by attending and participating in client functions, sales meetings and/or industry events and utilize these opportunities to maintain and develop relationships with key business contacts.
- Creatively build and institutionalize sales strategies based on the voice of the customer to maximize the volume of new service and client opportunities.
- Contact high-potential clients on a scheduled basis and provide in-person customer service support as needed.
- Identify industry RFPs when released and be able to organize and guide the resources required to respond effectively and be a valuable contributor in the response.
- Coordinate with relevant business leaders to drive their involvement in sales opportunities.
- Respond to client/prospect inquiries with an appropriate level of detail, action, and support to swiftly resolve questions and/or concerns.
- Consistently meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
- Maintain flexibility to engage in operational activities outside of core areas of responsibility and/or accountability as needed or as directed.
- Exhibit positive support for overall corporate vision, mission, goals, and strategies by encouraging teamwork and exemplary performance always.
- Maintain an effective relationship with executive and senior management, including preparation of accurate reports and metrics, delivered in a timely manner.
- Inspire and motivate their team members to achieve their targets and goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
- Previous experience in Property Insurance Industry Sales desired.
- 10 plus years’ experience in the Property/Casualty insurance industry, including MRP/TPA operations and best practices, carrier claim operations, and insurance distribution channels.
- Deep, trusted, and influential relationships in the property insurance claims space, specifically with insurance company leaders and decision makers.
- Strong sales and influencing skills, including commanding and convincing presentation capabilities.
- Superior negotiation skills.
- Prudent situational judgment and decision making.
- Effective and adaptable communication skills and style, verbal, written, personal presentation, and listening.
- Proven time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and confident with the ability to drive revenue and close deals.
- Adaptable and able to function in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills that enable quick identification and efficient resolution of issues

· Ability to travel at least 50%.
· Ability to utilize technology devices, software and application, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites, HubSpot, and basic computer skills required.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
