Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business or a related field and at least 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience.
Qualifying experience must include at least 5 years of experience in:
- Preparing pitch materials as well as market and economic updates as part of the origination of equity, and equity-linked and strategic equity products across all industry sectors across the Americas
- Creating and interpreting financial models
- Experience in transaction structuring
- Experience with issuer due diligence on mandated transactions
- Coordinating roadshow meetings with investors
- Investor management during marketing
- Experience with sales, research and trading to deliver capital markets advice to corporate clients
Qualifying experience must include at least 4 years of experience in
:• ECM experience
- Working as part of a multiple deal team for equity capital markets transactions with increasing levels of leadership roles
Must have or be able to obtain FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
Up to 10% domestic travel required.
