Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the user interface of applications. This role requires extensive experience in creating and managing SharePoint sites, ensuring the stability and interoperability of custom features, and improving business processes through automation and innovative solutions. This position is contingent upon award of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and refine new or existing SharePoint sites and pages to enhance the user experience.
- Design and create SharePoint sites and pages, recommending improvements to existing sites.
- Ensure custom features do not conflict with out-of-the-box (OOB) SharePoint code, ensuring stability and minimizing downtime.
- Advise and assist in improving business processes, automating the collection, organization, dissemination, and archival of products.
- Create new and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and broaden the Plan of Operations, CONOPs, Mission/Vision, and policies.
- Assist in providing training and education on Knowledge Management (KM) principles, tools, and processes.
- Participate in discussions, meetings, conferences, and special projects, providing accurate and relevant feedback.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least three (3) years of experience providing training and educating customers on existing, newly established, and implemented applications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in front-end programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Extensive experience with SharePoint 2019 / O365 development and customization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and internet data queries.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to create training materials, SOPs, and flowcharts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in providing IT technical and creative support for briefing developments.
- Experience in using leading-edge graphics and animation techniques.
- Knowledge of Knowledge Management (KM) principles and practices.
