We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Front Desk Staff. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while also ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Assist members with check-in, membership inquiries, and general questions
- Handle phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility
- Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces, equipment, and common areas
- Monitor and replenish supplies as needed (e.g., towels, cleaning products)
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with fitness center operations is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
