Join ABLEMKR as a Fleet/Facilities Manager and be part of our team that oversees the management of our company's fleet of vehicles and facilities. As the Fleet/Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation and facilities systems.

Manage Fleet & Warehouse Facility: Oversee operations to ensure smooth and efficient management of fleet and warehouse facilities.

Perform Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out basic maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles to keep the fleet in optimal condition.

Operate and Maintain Machinery: Safely operate forklifts and other machinery, performing routine maintenance and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

Property Maintenance: Ensure that the physical premises of the warehouse and any associated facilities are well-maintained, secure, and comply with safety standards.

Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring that supplies are well-organized and easily accessible.

Communicate Effectively: Use excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.

Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols across fleet management and warehouse operations to prevent accidents and injuries.

Maintain Records and Documentation: Keep accurate records related to fleet management, vehicle maintenance, inventory, and facility maintenance tasks.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to fleet management, warehouse operations, and property maintenance promptly.

Implement Continuous Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve operations, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Requirements:
- Fleet management experience (Required)

Construction Production Warehouse Experience

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Have an acceptable driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.

Strong knowledge of Construction, general building and mechanical processes.

Strong reading and math skills.

Experience using mechanical tools, operating machinery, and maintaining equipment.

Ability to lift, stack and move products over 50 lbs

Valid Driver's License
