We are looking for a professional and outgoing person to join our Customer Service team. Must be available some evenings and weekends. \*\*\*Candidates with Previous Industry Experience Preferred\*\*\*
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Assisting customer inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Outbound calling to existing customers
- Clerical duties; scanning, filing, faxing, mailing
- Public relations; trade shows, chamber functions
A successful candidate should have:
- At least 3 years of customer service experience in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Proficient computer knowledge
- An enthusiastic personality
- The ability to handle challenging situations
- Be reliable and dependable
