An ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in maintenance in a residential setting with a solid understanding of maintenance best practices.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and mentor others effectively when applicable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
- In-depth knowledge of general maintenance practices, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Must possess skills and expertise in painting as well as all other areas related to completing timely and thorough apartment turnovers.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills enabling effective articulation with residents, team members and senior management.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completion of day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
- Promptly address resident maintenance requests and provide exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Lead and manage other maintenance functions while providing guidance and motivation when required.
- Manage a budget and effectively allocate resources to meet operational needs.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient use of supplies and equipment.

This is a Salary Exempt Position; Starting Pay will be between $27.00 to $31.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
