SUMMARY
Put together large and small component parts or adhere display units, signage, and fixtures to completion by following specified instructions per project.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. This position will require the employee to work overtime as needed. Overtime is scheduled based upon individual job responsibilities and the needs of the department and business.
- Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints to assemble display units, fixtures, signages
- Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Position parts and subassemblies to achieve productive and efficient assembly process
- Verify specifications by measuring completed component
- Use hand tools such as hand drills or machines to adhere or assemble components
- Maintain the tools used to create and assemble products
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment of the facilities
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Mechanical and technical skills with assembling parts
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more repetitively
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment such as handheld power drills, screwdrivers, and hardware
- POP assembly experience preferred
- Excellent physical condition and coordination
- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Proficiency in operating technical machinery and hand tools

Work environment for this position is a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
