We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced front desk manager to join our thriving medspa team. Candidate must have strong background in sales and customer service and have administrative experience.
As the front desk manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting patients
- Ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of patient appointments, payments, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a medspa or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including scheduling and electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
