Overview:
The Support Services Clerk is responsible for coordinating the clerical duties for accurate data entry of Superior run report information in a timely fashion.
This role may assist in the duties of other Processing staff when needed, as well as participate in projects or special assignments in other sections of the Accounts Receivable department when appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Bar-coding tickets.

Alphabetizing tickets.

Pull tickets when necessary.

Get tickets ready for scanning.

Gather missing billing information.

Assist other processors when they are behind.

Perform the clerical duties of other processors when needed.

Working with multiple software programs.

Knowledge of regulations for Medicare and Medicaid.

Fulfill any other duties as assigned by supervisory or managerial staff.
