This is a remote position.
The training hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm CST (CST time zone) for approximately three weeks.
The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9:30am - 6:00 pm CST (CST time zone).

Essential Duties:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from patients and our client facilities by listening, empathizing, and solving issues;or escalating to the
next level using sound judgment
- Using a computer to navigate screens to notate and effectuate a positive patient experience
- Perform administrative duties by managing email, completing assignments, and other duties
- Actively participate in regular departmental meetings, facility town halls, and individual meetings to provide feedback on customer service operations and process improvement strategies
Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a computer
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, analytical, and be a creative problem solver
- Must have a proven track record of being positive, solution-oriented attitude, and a great sense of humor
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Must have reliable, consistent transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
Wow Factors
- Previous medical office experience including working knowledge of revenue cycle, medical terminology, and insurance claim filing experience
- Billing or other revenue cycle certifications
