Key Responsibilities:
Customer Account Management:
- Proactively communicate with existing customers to maintain relationships and address inquiries.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing.
Invoicing and Billing:
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with accounting team to ensure accurate billing and resolve discrepancies.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries, nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline.
Collections:
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Work with customers to resolve billing issues and facilitate prompt payment.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in maintaining sales records and preparing sales reports.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Typing proficiency to handle documentation accurately
