Essential Position Duties:
Group Leaders will have responsibilities to direct Associates, Temporary Associates and Team Leaders to obtain goals within the daily Service Parts activities while ensuring quality and on-time shipment of orders to the customer. Group Leaders will set daily goals based on the warehouse workload, and oversee day-to-day operations on their designated shift while supporting adjacent shifts, other TMH departments, and office staff. Group Leaders will be expected to monitor safety, quality and administer Toyota policies and procedures.

- Ensure associates are adhering to all safety requirements and guidelines
- Ensure equipment check-sheets are completed daily
- Ensure preventative maintenance and equipment repairs are completed as needed

- Other countermeasure seeking tools
- Implement effective defect countermeasures
- Complete Corrective Action documentation as needed for associates not meeting set standards
- Complete associate evaluations are directed by HR
- Ensure updated and accurate productivity targets are established and achieved
- Ensure warehouse processes have adequate manpower assigned daily
- Support training and cross-training to associates on warehouse processes (4 deep in each process)
- Interview and identify the correct candidates to fill warehouse positions
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes
- Identify in-depth warehouse improvement projects and manage through completion
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
- Create and maintain current and accurate Work Sequence Sheets
- Manage time in ADP for Associates, Temporaries, and Team Leaders.
- Provide support to all associates and Team Leaders
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Three years of work experience in a related field preferred
- Computer and scanner (RF) skills in a Windows environment with good knowledge of SAP is preferred
