Client Relationship Manager - Law Firm Sales Person

We need the right kind of person to meet with our potential clients, listen to them, hear their struggles, and then show them how we can give them the path to a better tomorrow.
We strive to help clients come out of a scary and extremely emotional process feeling as though they have been heard & helped, and that they are now in a better position than they would have been without us.
Our job does not end with the sale! The right person will be interested in following up with clients to ensure that his or her needs are met throughout his or her relationship with Godoy Law Office.
We need a team member who can take control of the front-end client experience by being the first point of contact, getting the engagement, and then onboarding the person as a client of the firm.
If the following describes you, then you may be the person we are looking for: You understand and can empathize with clients. Maybe you’re an immigrant or have family members or friends who are immigrants. Maybe you’ve got friends or family who have been in trouble with the law before. Maybe you’ve seen a friend or family member get railroaded in court – and you know how painful it can be when a case is handled poorly. You understand the difference between the “cost” of services and the “value” of services, and you can communicate that to customers.

Responsibilities:
The basic duties of the position are:

Meet with potential new clients to listen to them and present the value of our firm to them.

Follow up with potential new clients who have not signed up yet.

Work with the owner on sales goals that line up with the firm’s growth goals.

Provide customer service to current clients.
Qualifications:-
You understand how to build a relationship with a person and how to interact with different types of personalities.

You know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value.

You can think on your toes and you don’t get discouraged when things don’t go as planned.

You see what most people would see as a “problem” as an “opportunity.”
