They are responsible for documentation during multiple stages of the restoration process. Service Technicians respond to residential and business locations to remediate after large catastrophes or small-scale disaster restoration Requirements: • Self-driven • Detail oriented • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills • High level of integrity • A desire to serve • Excellent customer service skills • Expected Hours of Work: Field Service Technician is a full-time and overtime is necessary to deliver outstanding customer service. Our current schedules available are Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday schedules. Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools, construction, and power tools
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, construction management, estimating, inspection, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to read blueprints and perform tasks such as concrete forming, plastering, fabrication, carpentry, roofing, drywall, caulking, trim carpentry, and stucco work
- Strong field service and customer service skills
