Overview:
Responsible for supporting users, computer systems, networks and business software applications required to efficiently service all activities / functions of LVD Strippit, Inc
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
· Responsible for the acquisition, installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of a wide variety of company related computer resources including but not limited to network routers & switches, cabling, firewalls, wireless access points, server hardware and operating systems, printers, user computers, laptops, Microsoft Office 365, MS Exchange Server, SQL Server, shop floor data collection devices
· Maintain server backup and recovery planning execution
· Set up & maintain user accounts
· Provide user support of the ERP software, including writing new reporting queries from the ERP database, scheduling ERP dependent jobs, initiating the month-end and year-end financial close jobs, and overseeing the importing and exporting of data in support of the ERP system.
· Coordinates major software implementation projects with parent company.
· Provide user support for Salesforce
· Trouble shoot and solve user problems across all software applications
· Investigate and solve RMC time and attendance issues with integration to ERP-LN
· Primary Interface with Headquarters IT personnel for software related matters
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
· Provide a high level of user support for all software products
· Review, evaluates and maintains up to date software licenses and software maintenance agreements
· Assist with software training of new employees as needed
· Provide user support for time and attendance software and integration to ERP-LN
· Trouble shoot phone system software and virus protection software issues
· Perform other duties assigned as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Two (2) year Associates degree in Information Technology
· Two (2) years of experience in an ERP support role
· Understanding of basic business processes is preferred
· Computer skills and technical understanding of Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of networking devices, configuration and network security
· Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies
· Infor ERP-LN and Salesforce knowledge preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS / SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Operational knowledge and hands-on involvement with major systems applications using relational databases, experience extracting and reporting information from such databases, and providing end user support as needed.
· Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. on occasion.
· Work environment is a regular office setting with exposure to a manufacturing setting.
· Able to occasionally work extended hours as required to complete specific projects
· Working knowledge of RDBMS systems including MS SQL Server
