As a full-time Medical Assistant, you will support our healthcare team across various centers. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care. We are seeking someone who is Spanish-speaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in patient examinations and procedures.
- Record patient histories and vital signs.
- Prepare and organize medical instruments and supplies.
- Manage patient appointments, call backs, reviews, and follow-up communications.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating medical records processing verifications, and insurance forms and working with other management departments throughout the centers.
