Summary of Job Duties:
Supervises actions and behaviors of Officers assists with patrols of hotel premises to maintain order, enforce regulations, and ensure observance of applicable laws. Protection from and elimination of any element of agent which may tend to jeopardize the welfare and security of the company assets, properties, Guests or Team Members.
Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervises plans and schedules Security activities.
- Determines personnel deployment and level requirements within a shift.
- Assigns work to Security Officers and establishes priorities.
- Inspects and evaluates Security Officers for alertness, appearance and proper performance while on duty and corrects deficiencies.
- Supervises and directs special activities as may be directed by the Security Manager.
- Provides independent departmental participation in procedures and transactions affecting the Casino and related departments.
- Access to drop boxes, soft count and coin rooms, chips, markers, fills slips, keno write area and Table Games.
- Accurate with all money and fill exchanges.
- Performs all duties of Security Officer
- Interacts with Team Members, Friends and Vendors in a professional and upbeat manner.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Supervisors and Managers concerning all Guest Services related issues, problems and/or solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with fellow Team Members and Vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in professional manner.
- Regular attendance to all scheduled shift is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on-time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.

Education and/or Experience:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum five years any supervisory experience or minimum 2 years security supervisory experience preferred.

- Handcart, PC, radio, OC spray, personal restraint device.
