```Duties:```
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (ITP) for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and provide direct behavior therapy to clients
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions
```Qualifications:```
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
