Native American Community Clinic’s Medication Assisted Treatment Program (MAT/MOUD) is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Buprenorphine dosing program.
The program uses an integrated, harm reduction approach to providing holistic care to patients with Opioid Use Disorder. The program is culturally specific but does welcome all patients. The integrated team includes but is not limited to Doctors, Mental Health Professionals, Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Spiritual Care Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, and Peer Recovery Specialists.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide appropriate nursing services and education to patients.
Observe, record and report symptoms, reactions or changes in condition.
Administers and dispenses opioid replacement therapies, specially Suboxone, in accordance with patient’s medical order.
Chart nursing notes that reflect the care provided and the response to care.
Attends and participates in in staff services and meetings.
Maintain compliancy.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have active RN license. Must have freedom from substance abuse problems. Know and understand the implications of all MN Department of Health regulations. CPR and first aid certified. On-going training of cultural awareness and demonstration of sensitivity to cultural norms and values.
Communicate with people from diverse cultures, socioeconomic and educational backgrounds.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
