Sales Representative for PyroCom Systems – El Paso, TX
PyroCom Systems, Inc is the leading Fire and Security System designer and installer in the Southwest United States. We are a rapidly growing company looking for an experienced sales person to join our phenomenal team of experts. With our wealth of experience and resources coupled with our generous commission plan, the earning potential for a motivated, hard working individual is unlimited.
Responsibilities: Build clientele through phone calls, marketing programs and cold calls. Call on new and existing customers within an assigned territory to build relationships and conduct research to find potential new clients. Learn and understand the security systems PyroCom is offering and develop the ability to be able to successfully conduct customer surveys to then design a system and associated proposal to meet that customer’s needs.
Job Requirements: Ambitious, independent, highly motivated, self-starters with strong people skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Please see more qualifications below:
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 5 + years of successful experience in sales
- 2 + year Fire, Security or IT industry experience
- Effectively manage time to meet and exceed established quotas / goals
- Superior oral/written (grammar, spelling, professional) communication skills required
- Ability to follow key leads through the sales pipeline
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Pay: $40,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
