The Business Analyst, Associate handles the entire cycle of onboarding Procurement System vendors using the Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (also known as SLP) tool (in Ariba) to qualify, segment, and manage suppliers. This position manages the process, interactions, and integration points (between Ariba and SAP) that span the lifecycle of the relationship with the suppliers resulting in products and services bought by the University. In addition, this position will assist other System’s team when needed, this could include back up implementation of enhancements and new functionality (not all-inclusive list). Need to have a strong customer service mindset, getting the job done, and being able to navigate all while being in a software related environment.
This is a hybrid position where you will work on the West Lafayette campus a majority of the time and remotely 1-2 days.
