Japanese IT company seeks a PC Technical Support.
1. Location: Midtown, NY
2. Working hours: Mon. – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
3. Operation
a) Technical Support for PCs, printers and phones, etc. - Troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software - Technical Operation Support in both English.
- PC setup (Windows OS installation, etc.)
- Response to queries either in person or over the phone/email.
b) Documentation for technical support
- User manuals (revise/update)
- FAQ update
4. Required experience/knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in PC technical support.
- Knowledge in Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Knowledge in Active Directory function: adding users, password reset, etc.
- Knowledge in Antivirus software and its operation for corporate use (Symantec, etc.)
- Documentation using MS Word and Powerpoint, and Excel.
5. Preferred experience/knowledge
- Experience in using ticket systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
