Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including conducting physical examinations, administering medications, and performing diagnostic evaluations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, record observations, and communicate with physicians regarding changes in patient status.
- Assist with discharge planning and provide patient education on post-discharge care.
- Perform basic life support procedures as necessary.
- Conduct mammography screenings and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing.
- Manage patient cases, including coordinating referrals and ensuring continuity of care.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
Experience:
