Must love dogs and be comfortable around all sizes and breeds. Must have strong social skills and confident talking with different kinds of people. Marketing experience is preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required. Background check required.
- Answer emails and lead follow up daily.
- Answer incoming calls and return voicemails.
- Review contracts and enter follow up payments.
- Update CRM daily (New leads, pipeline, deals)
- Appointment reminders for following day.
- Ensuring highest level of Customer Support.
- Reviewing calendar for accuracy daily.
- Social Media posting and follow up.
- Request client reviews.
- First point of administrative contact for clients.
- Event Coordination.
- Prepare and provide documentation for clients as needed. (SD, Therapy, CGC)
- Ensure facility safety protocols are in place.
- Assist with in-person marketing events, including set up and break down.
- Additional duties as assigned.
