Territory Sales / Account Manager (Entry-Level) (Packaging) (Hybrid WFH)
Up to $75,000 to start plus commissions and full benefits
In this role, there will be in office training and once training is complete, you will have the choice to either be in office or WFH, travelling locally to meet with clients.

As Territory Sales Representative and Account Manager, you will:
- Support Sales, Business Development and Account Management operations for the Illinois Territory
- Receive industry-specific training
- Identify, engage and qualify potential distributors and end-user customers
- Reach out by phone and email
- Arrange and schedule in-person and virtual appointments
- Make product demonstrations
- Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Make product suggestions as appropriate
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products as appropriate
- Create price quotes
- Negotiate and close sales
- Provide post-sale support
- Serve as an ongoing resource for your accounts
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Introduce new product offerings to your existing accounts
- Occasionally meet with vendors and go on plant tours
- Run routine and special reports
- Conduct routine and special analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 3 years of Sales and/or Business Development experience
- A Bachelor's Degree
