This position involves the marketing of proprietary programs that offer cash-back incentives to members of strategic partner organizations and other groups such as, but not limited to, AARP, Navy Fed, eligible Veterans, municipal employees, approved Corporate employees and others that desire to sell and/or buy real estate. AMA responsibilities include acting as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, marketing real estate property listings, managing property searches, and providing sound guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers and clients whom are eligible for program benefits under our Advantage programs;
- Become thoroughly versed and adept at product benefits, eligibility requirements, policy and procedures;
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms;
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them;
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing;
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value;
- Display and market real property to possible buyers;
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc);
- Maintain and update listings of available properties;
- Cooperate and interact with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors;
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, corporate entities and others;
- Promote sales through advertisements, social media, open houses and listing services;
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices; and,
- Become and maintain membership with the local RE Board and obtain Realtor status.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson;
- Proven track of successful sales record;
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills;
- Pleasant and trustworthy;
- MS Office familiarity;
- Active MA Real estate sales license or immediate willingness to obtain one; and
- Experience with affinity marketing a plus.

Pay: $45,136.00 - $173,757.00 per year
