```Duties```
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Assist with order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence, reports, and forms.
- Utilize computerized systems and software to complete tasks efficiently.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as required.
```Skills```
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an office setting is desirable.
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus.
