T-1 is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented Bookkeeper Office Manager for a small office but growing company. Responsibilities include Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Payroll, new transactions, journal entries, posting, trial balances, worksheets, journal entry adjustments.

Assists employees, vendors, clients and/or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services.

What T-1 will love about you:
High school diploma or the equivalent.
5+ years book-keeping experience
Ability to work Monday through Friday, (full-time)
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee scheduling
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role- Proficiency in 10 key typing, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial software
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Expertise with QuickBooks and Excel is required
- Experience in governmental accounting is advantageous
