Field Service Engineer
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our equipment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in computer hardware, OEM products, DME machinery, field service operations, equipment maintenance, interpreting schematics, utilizing hand tools, CMMS systems, equipment repair, and calibration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site maintenance and repair services for equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions
- Maintain accurate service records using CMMS systems
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions by interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment for maintenance and repair tasks
- Conduct equipment calibration to guarantee accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Provide training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to address complex technical issues

nationwide service company, specializing in the service of medical equipment, is in immediate need of a medial imaging service engineer with with Phillips or Siemens Cath/Angio & Rad/RF equipment service experience. And manufacturing training would be an asset.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
