Responsibilties:
- Create and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages in accordance with our standards and recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring a pleasant experience at the bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient service and accurate orders.
- Stay updated on current trends in mixology and beverage offerings to create innovative and seasonal drink menus.
Skills:
- Extensive Knowledge of wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with discerning clientele.
- Proficient in providing upscale table service and handling multiple dining sections.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring impeccable table settings and presentation.
- Ability to make informed menu recommendations and wine pairings.
- Excellent memory and recall for guest preferences and special requests.
- Skilled in handling high-pressure situations with composure and grace.
- Adept at anticipating guest needs and providing anticipatory service.
- Commitment to upholding the restaurant's service standards and enhancing the guest experience.Note: Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in upscale fine dining establishments.
- In-depth knowledge of fine wines, cocktails, and upscale dining etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-end clientele.
- Strong ability to multitask and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in handling various point-of-sale (POS) systems and order processing.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the upscale ambiance of the restaurant.
- Ability to memorize and recall extensive menu details and daily specials.
- Commitment to maintaining a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- TABC/ Food Handler Certifications
