Responsibilities For Crew Members
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and turning off and off cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients
- Prepare food in a timely manner
- Ensure great presentation of food
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Maintain a clean kitchen by regularly wiping down equipment and mopping the store
- stocking reach ins and freezers
- Filtering and boiling out fryers
Skills
- Kitchen Experience is a plus! If not, we will train you.
- Experience is a plus, but not needed in using cutting tools, cookware and fryers
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to work in a team setting and be a team player
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
Responsibilities of Cashiers Handling and interacting with all our great customers
- Bringing a great attitude and a smile for each shift
- Be able to stand on feet for up to 6 hours at a time
- Be able to take orders and answer phone call for call in orders
- able to clean the lobby which includes, stocking ice, lids, wiping tables, cleaning door glass and stocking the drink cooler
- Able to clean and maintain restrooms
Skills
- Be able to work with Aloha POS system (We can train you.)
- Having a great attitude and being punctual for shift
- Great communication skills
