Overview:
What you will be doing:
The Replacement Reserve Specialist supports the accounting department by drafting and submitting replacement reserve draw requests to the respective lenders across the portfolio.
This position is based out of our brand new corporate office in Conshohocken, PA with an in-office schedule of Monday-Thursday and Friday as an option to work from home.
What we’ll expect from you:

Review requirements for request and eligible items per individual loan documents.

Pull updated request forms from lender websites.

Analyze balances in reserve account to ensure requests submitted are within constraints.

Compile necessary documentation including invoices, proof of payment and lien waivers, if required.

Communicate with representatives from the lenders to ensure all appropriate documentation has been provided.

Record receipt of reserve request wires from lender.

Track requests and work with lenders to ensure timely receipt of funds.

Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma required
-
2 years administrative experience required
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Adobe Professional.

Must be goal oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
